This site is a single page with a contact form. Here is what happens with what you send through it.

What is collected

When you use the form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, how you describe yourself (investor, researcher and so on), your organization if you add it, and your message. The form service also records the time of the submission and standard technical data such as your IP address.

Why

To read your message and reply to it. Nothing else: your details don’t go on any list and aren’t shared or sold.

Where it is processed

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are passed to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so Web3Forms’ privacy policy covers that step. Submissions are read by Omer, and replies come from hello@emphron.ai.

How long it is kept

Submissions are deleted within twelve months of the last exchange. If a conversation continues by email, that thread is kept like any other correspondence.

Your choices

Write to hello@emphron.ai to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.

Nothing else is tracked

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers when a page loads.
